Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bizworld mobile application (the "App"), provided by Ahmed H. Ramadan ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
Bizworld is a single-player business simulation game. You create a character, build and manage companies (such as supermarkets, restaurants, airlines, and technology businesses), advance time, invest in markets, develop skills, build in-game contacts, and upgrade your lifestyle. All gameplay occurs locally on your device.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to maintain or support the App indefinitely.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The App is not directed at children under 13. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where prohibited by law
- Use the App to develop a competing product or service
- Circumvent paywalls, ad systems, or Pro entitlement checks
- Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized modifications
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Simulation disclaimer
Bizworld is a game. All companies, money, investments, markets, loans, valuations, and outcomes in the App are fictional and exist only within the simulation.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or business advice. Real-world business and investing involve risk. Do not make real financial decisions based on gameplay.
No accounts
The App does not require you to create an account. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up or preserving your save data. We are not responsible for lost progress due to device failure, uninstallation, operating system updates, or clearing app data.
Bizworld Pro purchases
What Pro is
Bizworld Pro is an optional one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks additional features. It is not a recurring subscription. Purchasing Pro gives you:
- Removal of all in-app advertisements (banner and interstitial)
- Access to premium business types, including social media platform, cloud hosting, food delivery app, ride-hailing app, and airline
- Access to premium investment markets, including property, commodities, crypto, and luxury assets (stocks remain available without Pro)
- Faster time-advance speeds during gameplay
How purchases work
All purchases are processed through Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and manage entitlements. Payment terms are governed by Google Play.
Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region, currency, and store policies. You authorize the store platform to charge your chosen payment method.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you may restore a previous Pro purchase using Settings → Restore Purchases, provided you are signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase. Entitlements are tied to your Google Play account, not to an in-game account.
Refunds
All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play. We cannot process refunds directly.
Changes to Pro features
We may add, modify, or remove Pro features as the App evolves. We will not remove core Pro benefits you paid for (ad removal and previously unlocked content categories) without providing a reasonable substitute or remedy where required by law.
Advertising
The free version of the App includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent choices and applicable law. Purchasing Pro removes ads.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any products or services advertised. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Upload or transmit malware or harmful code (to the extent the App accepts any input)
- Use offensive or unlawful names or content within the App, even though such content is stored locally
- Misrepresent your affiliation with us
The App may include developer-only debug tools that are not available to normal users. Attempting to access hidden debug features or manipulate purchase state through unauthorized means violates these Terms.
Intellectual property
The App and all related content—including graphics, text, game mechanics, blueprints, sounds, trademarks, and software—are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. Player display names and company names you create in-game remain yours, but you grant us no license to them because we do not collect or host that content on our servers.
Third-party services
The App integrates third-party services including PostHog, Vexo Analytics, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and Google Play. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT GAME DATA WILL BE PRESERVED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP OR PRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires disputes to be resolved in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the App or store listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- These Terms are between you and us, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content.
